Expected Behavior

  • Treat all participants, judges, mentors, and organizers with respect and professionalism
  • Collaborate openly and give credit where due
  • Submit only original work created by your team
  • Follow all event rules, deadlines, and guidelines
  • Respect the intellectual property of others
  • Maintain academic integrity throughout the competition

Prohibited Behavior

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
  • Plagiarism or submission of work that is not your own
  • Misuse of shared resources or another team's materials
  • Attempting to tamper with the platform, submissions, or evaluation process
  • Sharing account credentials or impersonating other participants
  • Disruptive behavior during any event proceedings

Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

  • Warning from the organizing committee
  • Disqualification from the competition without refund
  • Removal from the event premises (for offline events)
  • Report to the participant's educational institution if warranted

Reporting

If you witness or experience any violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to the organizing committee through the contact details on our homepage. All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly.
