- Processing your registration and team management
- Verifying payment status
- Evaluating submissions and communicating results
- Sending event-related communications and updates
- Coordinating logistics for the Grand Finale at MIT-WPU campus

Your data is stored securely on Supabase cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures including secure authentication, role-based access control, and encrypted connections.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is accessible only to:
- VishwaNova organizing team (AViNYA Club, MIT-WPU)
- Authorized judges for evaluation purposes
- MIT-WPU administration as required
