1. Eligibility
VishwaNova 2026 is open to currently enrolled students from any recognized educational institution. Participants must form teams of 2-6 members. Each participant can be part of only one team.
2. Registration & Account
By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
3. Submissions
- All project submissions must be original work by the team
- Videos must be 3-5 minutes in length and uploaded via Google Drive link
- Submissions must be made before the published deadline
- Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances
- Plagiarized or fraudulent submissions will result in immediate disqualification
4. Intellectual Property
Teams retain full intellectual property rights over their projects. By participating, you grant VishwaNova and MIT-WPU a non-exclusive license to showcase your project name, description, and video for promotional and educational purposes.
5. Evaluation & Results
All submissions are evaluated by an independent jury panel. The jury's decisions are final and binding. Evaluation criteria include innovation, feasibility, impact potential, and presentation quality.
6. Code of Conduct Compliance
All participants must adhere to the Code of Conduct. Violations may result in disqualification without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
VishwaNova, AViNYA Club, and MIT-WPU are not liable for any technical issues, data loss, or disputes arising from participation. We reserve the right to modify event rules, dates, or prize structure with reasonable notice.
